Service businesses and providers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit about their services, pricing, service areas, availability, and requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate request details and reviewing provider communications before relying on them.

Some pages, examples, provider details, availability, pricing, match scores, and appointment information may be illustrative or may depend on a provider’s review. A request, recommendation, or simulation is not a promise that a provider is available, that a price is final, or that an appointment has been confirmed. Any confirmed service arrangement is subject to the provider’s terms and communication.

You may not misuse the site, submit fraudulent or harmful content, attempt to access accounts or data without authorization, scrape or disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or use AgentRail to violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

During the Founding Partner offer, an eligible participating provider pays $0 setup and $0 monthly fee and is charged $20 only for a qualified confirmed appointment delivered through AgentRail as described here. AgentRail is not another lead marketplace; it connects AI-generated customer intent with provider availability and booking requirements.

A billable appointment is a qualified customer booking created through AgentRail that matches the provider’s stated service, geographic, scheduling, and intake requirements and is accepted into the provider workflow. Obvious test bookings, duplicates, spam, bookings outside accepted criteria, and appointments canceled before the applicable cancellation cutoff are excluded. The $20 charge is not conditioned on a fully completed service job unless verified completion data exists.

The provider remains responsible for its own prices, services, availability, booking requirements, customer communications, and performance of the requested service. The provider keeps its CRM, calendar, workflow, brand, and customer relationship. AgentRail does not promise exclusivity, appointment volume, revenue, ROI, or AI placement.

A provider or AgentRail may end or cancel participation through the applicable participation process. Any qualification, cancellation, or accepted-workflow terms that apply before participation ends remain relevant to those appointments. Participation does not activate live payment processing through this public application, and AgentRail does not collect raw card numbers here.

AgentRail and its content, branding, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The site is provided for general information and access to available workflows; to the extent permitted by law, AgentRail disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for provider-controlled services or outcomes.
